The Protocol for Engagement with Minority Unions aims to establish clear, uniform, and transparent guidelines governing Yazaki’s interaction with labor organizations that do not hold ownership of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Yazaki is committed to preventing discriminatory practices and avoiding undue interference in the internal affairs of labor organizations.
