Yazaki North America Receives Dual Supplier Awards from Nissan

CANTON, Mich., Sept. 30, 2026 — Yazaki North America, Inc. was recognized by Nissan North America with two supplier awards during Nissan's annual Supplier Appreciation and Awards event, held Sept. 23 at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, Tennessee. Yazaki received the Regional Quality Trophy and the Supply Chain Certificate for Operational Excellence, recognizing the company's performance in quality and supply chain execution.
The annual awards program recognizes suppliers that demonstrate exceptional performance and contribute to Nissan's success across North America.
Representing Yazaki at the event were Rodrigo Tamaru, Nissan Business Unit Lead; Jorge Sandoval, NYS Director; and Mary Aponte, Supply Chain Management Manager, who accepted the awards on the company's behalf.
The dual recognition highlights Yazaki's ability to deliver excellence across both product quality and supply chain performance, two areas critical to supporting customer success.
