Interns and Co-ops Showcase Their Team Members on Social Media

The topic for the social media campaign this week was #MyTeam. We wanted to see the interns’ and co-ops’ teammates, who they like to spend their down time with, and what they really like about them.

A quick challenge this week involved interns and co-ops updating their LinkedIn profiles. By adding Yazaki and including a brief description of what they are doing here they were entered into a raffle to win a gift card. Three winners were chosen, Kris Kachin, Joseph Jarbo, and Eric Lindlbauer.

Meet Kristen Lotrey, OEM Sales Intern from Michigan State University!
Major: Japanese and Marketing
Expected Graduation: 2016
Why Yazaki?: I love the automotive industry and Yazaki makes the OEM’s dreams happen. Also, Yazaki is a Japanese company which means I can put some of my Japanese skills to use.
Fun Fact: I drink six cups of coffee a day.

Meet Nouraldeen Kadry, Chrysler Engineering Co-op from the University of Michigan Dearborn!
Major: Electrical Engineering
Expected Graduation: 2015
Why Yazaki?: Yazaki provides me with a professional environment. My team members help me learn more and more daily and are always there to answer my questions. Yazaki allows me to learn about the design of new automobiles and work in the automotive industry.
Fun Fact: I am the youngest of eight children and was born in Lebanon.

Meet Patrick Kretschmer, Supply Chain Management Intern from Michigan State University!
Major: Supply Chain Management
Expected Graduation: 2017
Why Yazaki?: Yazaki has provided me with the opportunity to experience a corporate environment that provides learning experiences that closely align with my course studies.
Fun Fact: I enjoy golfing with family and friends whenever I get the chance.

Meet Eric Lindlbauer, EIBU Engineering Intern from Michigan State University!
Major: Mechanical Engineering
Expected Graduation: 2017
Why Yazaki?: I chose Yazaki to gain professional experience in a friendly environment. The building is also really nice.
Fun Fact: I trail ride dirt bikes.

Meet Jacob Kidd, Ford Sales Co-op from the University of Michigan Dearborn!
Major: Finance and Marketing
Expected Graduation: 2015
Why Yazaki?: My choice to come to Yazaki was based on several factors. One such factor was the organization’s commitment to developing employees internally, giving myself and other employees opportunity to grow and advance within the company.
Fun Fact: In third grade I played the role of Francis Flute/Thisbe, a female, in Shakespeare’s “A Mid-Summer Nights Dream.”
