Lisa Aleva Appointed Head of Yazaki’s Global General Motors Business Unit

CANTON, Mich. — MAY 22, 2026 — Yazaki North & Central America (YNCA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Aleva as Head of the Global General Motors (GM) Business Unit, effective July 1, 2026.

In this role, Aleva will lead the Global GM Business Unit, overseeing strategic direction, customer engagement, and continued growth of Yazaki’s partnership with General Motors.

Aleva brings more than 34 years of automotive industry experience, including 22 years with Yazaki, where she has held several senior leadership roles across program management, sales, and business unit leadership. Her experience spans engineering, program management, business process development, and sales, with a strong focus on building high-performing, cross-functional teams and driving strategic growth.

Throughout her career, Aleva has worked closely with major OEMs including Ford, GM, and Stellantis, supporting programs involving wiring and electronic components.
