CCC Facility to be Rebranded as Yazaki Northern Michigan

CANTON, Mich., and PETOSKEY, Mich. — Yazaki North America announces the completion of the legal merger of Circuit Controls Corporation (CCC). This integration finalizes CCC’s transition into Yazaki North America (YNA), aligning operations and legal governance under a unified entity.

CCC was originally acquired by Yazaki in 1986 and has since played a vital role in supporting Yazaki’s manufacturing and engineering capabilities. Until now, CCC remained a separate legal entity. The merger consolidates CCC’s operations and legal status into Yazaki North America, streamlining compliance and organizational structure.

As part of this transition, the CCC facility located in Petoskey, Michigan will be rebranded as Yazaki Northern Michigan. The rebranding reflects Yazaki’s continued investment in the region and its commitment to operational excellence.

The legal merger involves CCC’s full integration into YNA. All existing contracts, obligations, and partnerships will remain in effect, ensuring continuity for employees, customers, and suppliers.

There will be no disruption to day-to-day operations at the facility. Employees will retain their current roles and responsibilities, and the site will continue to operate as a key part of Yazaki’s North American footprint. Rebranding efforts, including updated signage and communications, are currently underway.

This merger supports Yazaki’s broader strategy to enhance organizational agility, unify its regional operations, and deliver greater value to its stakeholders.
