UPDATE: Ciudad Juárez, Mexico (September 09, 2024) Following independent tests, Yazaki has concluded that the recent illness incident was not food-borne. Initial reports indicate that the source of the contamination was, instead, water related.
While we work diligently to uncover the root cause of the water-related incident, we have implemented preventative measures to provide an alternative source of water for employees of our Ciudad Juárez facility.
Our commitment to transparency remains steadfast and the health and safety of our employees is our number one concern. We will continue to provide more details as they become available.
