Resolving Workers' Rights Concerns and Reaffirming Our Commitment
In accordance with our commitment to workers' rights, we have reached the resolution of the USMCA matter related to our León, Mexico facility. The governments of the United States and Mexico have confirmed they will not pursue further action.
At Yazaki, we prioritize compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, with a special focus on those related to labor rights, as mandated by the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). We remain dedicated to transparency, accountability, and cooperation, and continue to actively engage with all relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with the labor provisions outlined in the USMCA.
