Yazaki North & Central America provides the option to choose a Medical/Dental package that will best suit the needs of you and your family. The comprehensive medical package includes health, prescription, vision, and dental insurance.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employees enrolled in our group health plan are provided with an Employee Assistance Program without an additional cost. Our EAP program is designed to confidentially assist our employees and their families in dealing with a variety of issues that may affect their health and well-being.
Yazaki North & Central America offers Basic Life Insurance as well as Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage without additional cost to you.
Registered Retirement Savings Plan
Our Registered Retirement and Savings Plan gives you the option to contribute a portion of your compensation into a wide range of professionally managed investment funds. Yazaki North & Central America will also provide a matching contribution to the investment and an employer pension contribution.
During your first year of employment, you will be awarded vacation time based on a pro-rated schedule. Thereafter, vacation time will be issued as of January 1st.
All employees are eligible for holiday pay in accordance with the company policy.
All non-exempt employees will receive 40 hours of sick/personal leave each year.
You will be eligible for disability income in the event that you are unable to work due to a non-work related sickness or accident.
Education and Training
Yazaki North & Central America will pay for approved individual seminars for employees who wish to better themselves in their field.
